• Pass our screening process
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have extensive basketball experience
• Playing history
• Coaching history

Full-Time Counselors

Advantage Basketball Camps take place almost every day of the summer. We have positions available for counselors Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, from June 15 to September 1. Our top counselors will also give private lessons and small group lessons throughout the entire year. Teams may later request for us to work with them. Our top counselors are the best of the best and are compensated accordingly.

Part-Time Counselors

Part-time employment for our counselors vary according to each counselor's needs. We will always hire a top counselor for a day or more when they pop in from college or the European pro leagues. Part-time can be one hour or more. Weekend camps are our most common part-time opportunities. Weekend camps run Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Camp Host/Promoter

Cruise Director

At the end of each summer, Advantage Basketball Camps plans to get our top counselors and campers together for a cruise camp. It will be fun for all and the campers will get some great one on one training from our staff. If you have experience in the cruise ship industry or work for a cruise line and would like to head this project, we would be interested in talking with you.
